Refund Policy

Personal Customer Support & No Quibble Refund

We, along with our partners at the National Skin Centre Singapore, have taken a lot of care and attention to bring you the best products for your sensitive skin that we possibly can. If Vytle™ isn’t working out for you for any reason, in the first instance, we would like to talk you to understand the issue and see what we can do to help. Please get in touch with us by email at orders_sg@vytle.com and if you would like to talk, include your phone number and which best time of day to contact you. Of course, not one product can work for everyone so our commitment to you is the following: 1) If you’re not happy with a Vytle™ product, we will refund you both the purchase price and the return shipping cost. 2) Our guarantee is complete customer satisfaction…or a refund. 3) Please contact us within 14 days of purchase at orders_sg@vytle.com to ensure that we’ll be able to issue a refund. All you need is your proof of purchase and receipt for shipping back to us.

Late or Missing Refund

1. If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
